On September 5th 2025 , the Association of Ethiopian Pediatric Surgeons held its Strategic Planning Meeting at Interluxury Hotel, Addis Ababa. Representatives from the Ministry of Health, the World Health Organization, and other key stakeholders joined our members in shaping the association’s 3–5 year vision. Together, we discussed priorities, goals, and strategies to strengthen pediatric surgical care in Ethiopia and beyond. We are grateful to all who contributed their insights and commitment to advancing child health.
